Michelle Wong is a legally trained mediator and a Qualified Person (QP) as defined by Singapore’s Legal Profession (Qualified Persons) Rules. She is a certified mediator of the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) and is an empanelled associate mediator at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), where she mediates civil cases. Beyond her work mediating Magistrate’s Complaints at the State Courts Centre for Dispute Resolution, Michelle mediates at the Ministry of Law’s Community Mediation Centre and the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) as well as offer her mediation services on an ad-hoc basis onsite. Michelle obtained her Juris Doctor from the Singapore Management University, complementing her educational background, which includes a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore.
